Returns, Credits, Exchanges, Refunds
We've got a few different options when it comes to returning an order:
A) Exchange: we will replace your order within 15 days of purchase. Additional shipping costs apply. The $10 restocking fee is waived. Return merchandise shipping costs are waived.
B) Credit: we will email to you a credit notice which can be applied to a future order within 15 days of purchase. The $10 restocking fee is waived. Return shipping costs are waived. Replacement item(s) shipping costs apply.
C) Refund: if we absolutely cannot find a great exchange for you, we will return moneys collected minus shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee via your original payment method.
How are refunds issued? We're glad that you asked:
- Amazon Pay - Funds would be refunded to the account used to make the purchase and you would be provided with a unique transaction ID.
- Credit Card - Funds would be refunded to same card used at purchase and your transaction ID is your order number.
- PayPal - Funds would be refunded to the account used to make the transaction and you would be provided with a unique transaction ID.
What are refund timeframes?
Refund timeframes depend on the bank or card company. While certain banks/card companies finalize refunds within a couple of business days, others finalize at month's end before processing refunds. If your refund is outside of these timeframes or takes more than one (1) week, please contact your bank or card company to inquire about their usual timeframes.
What happens if the account and/or card used for the purchase has been cancelled?
Please contact your bank to alert them of any pending refund to the account or card in order to make alternative arrangements.
Is it possible to send refund to an alternative card or account?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do this as we can only return funds the same way they were collected.
